Sadly, the rooms were on the grubby side, not the freshest sheets. A bit of a struggle to locate amidst spooky industrial grounds.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city. All the services were efficient. The property staff was attentive and well-mannered❤

Despite its shortcomings, I appreciated the close proximity to both the airport and Juhu Beach during my brief stay. The staff was friendly and provided basic amenities when needed, although the overall experience was lacking in terms of cleanliness and comfort.

I had a great experience at Zara Grand Hotel during my recent stay. the housekeeping and room services were exceptional, making me feel right at home. I appreciated the cleanliness of the fresh bedsheets and pillows. Plus, when I had an emergency at midnight, the staff quickly arranged a cab for me, which truly made my stay memorable. It’s definitely a place I’ll choose again for my future trips!

we stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was absolutely charming and nice, had perfect location very near to airport. the property room was well-equipped, had a safe box, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, and a microwave oven.

The rooms are spacious with two queen size beds and the staff is friendly and accommodating, overall a great experience.

The double room was tidy with breakfast included. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide range of outstanding options. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a highly accessible area.

Personally, I didn't find the bidet in the bathroom to be necessary. But hey, that's just my opinion!

Stayed at a hotel with a "garden" that was surrounded by concrete walls. Free parking meant I had to park my own car. Enjoyed an "American breakfast" with cardboard pancakes. Had a "drink" at the bar, but it tasted more like watered-down juice.
